Tenda Router Login

The Tenda router admin page allows you to manage various settings, including changing the WiFi password, creating guest networks, configuring firewall settings, setting up port forwarding, and adjusting advanced configurations.

Note: Before logging in, ensure that your PC is connected to the router, either via an Ethernet cable or WiFi.

Accessing the Tenda Router Admin Panel

Follow these steps to log in to your Tenda router’s control panel:

  1. Open your preferred web browser on your PC.
  2. In the address bar, type the default gateway address of your Tenda router: http://192.168.0.1, and press Enter.
  3. You will be directed to the Tenda router login page.
  4. Enter the following default login credentials:
    • Username: admin
    • Password: admin
  5. After entering the username and password, press Enter.

You will now be logged into the Tenda Router Control Panel, where you can modify various router settings.

Changing the SSID (WiFi Network Name)

To change the SSID (network name) of your Tenda WiFi network, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Tenda router Control Panel (as described above).
  2. Once logged in, go to the Home page and click on Wireless in the left column.
  3. On the Wireless page, look for the Network Name (SSID) field. Your current SSID will be displayed here.
  4. Enter your desired new SSID in this field.
  5. Click Apply to save the changes. The router will reboot, and the SSID will be updated after the reboot.

Changing the WiFi Password

To change the WiFi password on your Tenda router, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the router’s Control Panel (as described above).
  2. Once logged in, go to the Home page and click on Wireless in the left column.
  3. Ensure that WPA2-PSK encryption is selected.
  4. Find the WPA Pre-Shared Key field and enter your new WiFi password (8-63 characters, including letters, numbers, and special symbols).
  5. Click Apply to save the changes. The router will reboot, and after rebooting, you can reconnect to the WiFi using the new password.
